Why Do They Work?

Your face and neck area are made up of many muscles. Over time and without proper use, these muscles deteriorate. They lack the tone and vibrancy they once had in their youth. When we see our arms, legs and bottom begin to get floppy and flabby we exercise them. We do this to tone the underlying muscle tissue. However, we rarely think about doing the same for our face. We should. By exercising our facial muscles and toning them, the overlay of skin will be pulled up and brought back to a look of youth and vitality.

Think about it. There are far more muscles in your face than in your arms (or behind). We know how to work our major muscle groups to make them look healthier but most of us don’t have a clue as to get to the tiny little muscles that keep our eyelids from falling into our chins. The Be Ever-Young Facial Renewal Exercises teach you how. You can tone up your face and look younger.

A bodybuilder works out every other day, lifting weights and working his/her muscles with resistance. This workout actually makes tiny tears in the muscle fascia. Muscle and tone is not building as the workout takes place, but rather it is during the "in between" workout time when the healing process takes place and that the muscle is re-formed and toned. It is the same with the Be Ever-Young Facial Renewal Exercises. Light and gentle exercising of the facial and neck area, along with some resistance on certain movements, create tone. As no heavy weights or external appliances are used the exercises can be performed daily for a quick youthful result.

Acupressure Face-Lift Routine

Why Does It Work?

Acupressure is an ancient healing therapy from the Orient. It’s use dates back thousands of years and it is extremely effective in helping a person achieve and maintain health. It’s origins are in Traditional Chinese Medicine as are the origins of acupuncture. In acupressure, however, needles are not used. Instead of needles, firm finger pressure is applied to certain Acu-points. The purpose is to release blockages of the internal energy system in the body. It is safe and simple and easily learned.

Specifically The Acupressure Face-Lift Routine uses Acu-points to release penned up toxins, to open up channels of energy, and to improve circulation. In addition, it also tightens the underlying facial muscles. It is tremendously relaxing and at the same time invigorating. Be Ever-Young’s Lift-Me-Up is a powerful goal-imprinting session. The audio program consists of affirmations or positive statements that when used repeatedly, can recondition your subconscious mind at a deep level, turning negative thoughts into ones that can positively change your reality.

Beauty truly is not simply skin deep. How you feel on the inside is reflected on the outside. Scowl lines around the eyes and forehead come from inner tension. A tight jaw can lead not only to a "hard" look but also to teeth grinding and clenching. Creating a mindset of peacefulness will help "soften" inner and outer tension and help bring your inner beauty out.

Why goal-imprinting with positive statements? Well you see, your reality is defined not just in your outlook, we have all heard "think positive," rather, it’s defined in what you actually experience in your life.
